1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Sina Coffee website at sinacoffee.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use the Site. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sina Coffee ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Products & Pricing

We strive to display our products and their prices as accurately as possible. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
  • Modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product without prior notice.
  • Limit the quantity of any product available for purchase per customer or per order.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and do not include applicable taxes or shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout.

3. Orders & Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and authorize us to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be fulfilled due to incorrect information provided by you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders via USPS, with shipping labels and logistics managed through Shippo. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed, as delivery timelines depend on USPS and factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after the package has been shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our coffee products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Sina Coffee or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems.
  • Using automated tools or bots to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Site.
  • Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information.
  • Interfering with the proper functioning of the Site or other users' experience.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sina Coffee and its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Site, your purchase of products, or these Terms.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim. The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sina Coffee and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arlington County, Virginia.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page, and the "Last updated" date will be revised accordingly. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
